Redness of the hands: and feet suggests something is going on with your tiny arteries carrying oxygenated/red blood. This could be Raynaud's disease which causes tiny blood vessels to thicken and constrict too easily, Buerger's disease causing vessel inflammation, hormonal changes caused by liver disease, etc. Consult your Doctor or seek an evaluation by a Rheumatologic or Vascular specialist. Stay well:)
