Temp of 101.4,chills,feeling hot,horrible headache, thirsty,neck pain,fatigue,shaking,sensitive to light, throat pain, high heart rate?????

Flu like illness: This sounds like it could be the flu - and I would try to get that diagnosed 'yes or no' - as there is anti-viral treatment for the flu if that's what you have. You are certainly dehydrated (from the fever) which is adding to the headache/thirst. Your heart rate is responding to the fever and dehydration (as well as the infection!). You probably need to go to Urgent Care now. Hope you feel better.
