Tibb tablets: those are herbal formulations, with many ingredients, can't tell which of which is safe or not, however if not mentioned in the package insert that it is safe during pregnancy, call the manufacturer. With sore throat and sinus symptoms , use saline nasal washes and salt water gargles, if no improvement, see your doctor, wishing you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
