Our 7 month old baby struggles with reflux. we though it would be better by now but he still wakes regularly at night and seems to be struggling. he also brings up milk.

It happens: Reflux usually peaks around 4 months with their increased abdominal muscle tone and begins to improve when they are able to sit up. However, it is common for them to have persisting issues until they hit a year of age. Rarely I have seen it active up to pre-school age.
