A member asked:

Do all spontaneous csf leaks in iih patients need surgical repair? do they ever heal on their own? thank you for your help.

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Matthew Holtkamp answered

No: Most CSF leaks go away on their own. If you can handle the positional headache, no harm normally comes from these leaks.
