Not over-the-counter: There are no over-the-counter medications for getting rid of trichomoniasis in the US. In every town or city, there should be at least one low cost or free medical clinic that can take care of STI's (sexually transmitted infections). Such a clinic can test a patient and treat for trichomonas, chlamydia, gonorrhea, etc.

Trichomoniasis: Although there are some alternative medicine treatments for trichomoniasis in women, I would stick to western medicine for treatment.
