You should consider getting some orthotics (arch supports) for your shoes. But they are NOT all created equal-stay away from the drug store versions. DO NOT go to the GOOD FEET STORE-THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF for very cheap and inneffective devices. If a good pair of orthotics does not help your situation after about a month of consistent use, see a Podiatrist for further evaluation
