Doctor visit: Have you had a yearly pelvic exam? Need to see a doctor for check up. Average age of menopause is 51 yo in US. Maybe experiencing some hormonal changes. Stomach pain could be lots of things.Consult a doctor for definitive diagnosis.

Clear vag disch: At 47, most women still have active ovarian hormone production, even if menstrual events are not always regular. When ovulation does occur, the mucus produced is clear, and may be more than previous experience, since the ovary takes more stimulation to force a egg to be available, hence the discharge is heavier and noticeable. Tubal ligation does not affect the preceding.
