Tubal ligation ?'s: Fallop ring sterilization done "6 years ago" effectively destroys the segment of the tube where the ring is placed, by cutting off its blood supply. Although this type of tubal ligation can be reversed, it is very unlikely to permit pregnancy even if it does "fall off".
