Tubal Ligation: Tubal ligation should not have any effect on your vaginal discharge. Smelly discharge though could be an indicator of some sort of infection or bacterial imbalance in your vagina that you should get checked out. Possibly bacterial vaginosis which is common if you're having unprotected vaginal intercourse.
