I was told by a urologist that i have hemoglobin in my urine with no blood. does hemoglobin means i have blood in my urine? what's the difference??

A matter of amount: You may have microhematuria. You can't see the blood in the urine with the naked eye. Only seen under microscope.
If you see red it is blood in the urine. Blood carries hemoglobin. Either way should not have hemoglobin or blood in the urine.
