Is trans rectal ultrasound more accurate than trans abdominal one for diagnosis of prostate conditions, does it contain any risks if taking warfarin ?

Yes,: transrectal ultrasound is superior for evaluating the prostate. Transabdominal US is generally not adequate for anything more than determining the size of the prostate. Warfarin is not a contraindication.
