My son has stitches on his l middle finger and i was taking his bandaid off to change it .. i saw a pocket and when i put his new bandaid on it oozed clear fluid. is this a infection he is on antibiotics and i am making a hand dr appt tomorrow ?

Probably not: This is probably not an infection as an infection would expected to ooze a yellow/greenish liquid, not a clear liquid. If an infection was present you would also expect the surrounding area to be red, swollen snd painful, all symptoms you did not mention. Since you are concerned about how this is healing, your setting up an appointment with the hand Doctor is a good idea.
