Lump in throat: The experience of a lump in your throat can be associated with a number of symptoms. It sounds like you do not have anything actually stuck in your throat. Two common dx to go along with these symptoms are globus hystericus and GERD. Often times when acid refluxes into the larynx and pharyngeal area you can experience sensation of something in the back of your throat. please f/u with your PCP.
