LUMPS ON FINGERS: I doubt if beer plays any part in your finger/lump problem. Without actually seeing your fingers, there is no way i can tell. Is it on both hands, or only one? Do you take any medications? Something you have been holding perhaps. New soap or shampoo? If it persists, see a dermatologist.

Agree with Dr. L: Quit drinking. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
