My wife is breastfeeding our lo. but the lo is not gaining weight. weight has changed from 3.6 - 3.2 - 3.5 - 3.3 - 3.3kg. what can we do?

???????: It is nice that you posted weights but you have not posted an age for any of them. A general approach to poor weight gain would be feeding more often to increase milk production and or adding a supplemental feed of 1-2 oz of formula after each feeding. If you can find a LALeache league member nearby they can coach her on technique.
