See psychiatrist: Could not begin to answer this question without face to face evaluation. Though there is significant possibility of dual diagnosis it is a challenge for any doctor to sort this out and treat appropriately. Always best to use as few medications as possible and some medications may exacerbate symptoms. If you are not already seeing psychiatrist i hope that you are able to see one.
