Doctor can evaluate: Any stomach flu, intestinal problem, or food poisoning type of illness can have symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, bloating, vomiting, tummy pain, tummy cramps, etc... One person can have some or all of these symptoms. If symptoms are mild, they might go away in a day or two. Sometimes they can be more severe or last a whole week, and a doctor's evaluation would be needed, as in this case.
