Surbex-z should be taken with food or empty stomach.. if to use with empty stomach then any side effects?? and right amount of water intake with it?

Surbex_z: This multivitamin also contains zinc and can be taken with or without food. An 8 ounce glass of water taken with it is sufficient. Some people experience mild nausea, mild flushing or heartburn if they take multivitamins on an empty stomach. This is a minor side effect. The ingredients are well absorbed.
