More testing needed: If you were both treated at the same time, it is unlikely either of you reinfected the other with chlamydia. However, chlamydia often is present along with other germs that can cause bacterial vaginosis (wth odor) and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which could explain your pain. Also gonorrhea? Stop having sex entirely and re-contact your doctor ASAP. This could be serious. Good luck!
