Unlikely cardiac: Sounds pleuritic. I would recommend you get a chest x-ray. Could also be muscle/skeletal. Try an anti-inflammatory such as advil and see if the pain goes away. Other things it could be are acid reflux, pneumonia if you are sick, or... I guess your heart; but that would be least likely given that you are a 24 year old female without any history of heart disease or risk factors: obese, smoke, etc.
