We can not tell you: We can not tell you as we don't know when you started taking this drug and how it was prescribed.It is usually taken twice a day with starting dose of 25 mgm twice a day and dose can be increased gradually.Twice a day means you take the drug every 12 hours.If still not clear consult your prescribing doctor
