I have extreme nausea for the last 3 days no vomiting or diarrhea or fever. feel hot and flushed and and burping.

Nausea: Can you eat? Drink? If you can not drink you will dehydrate. May be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria or may be gallbladder or may be early/partial obstruction. In older individual may be cardiac though burping is usually not seen with cardiac, rarely could be clot in lung though the presentation is unusual. . Would f/u with doc ER today
