Nausea: Can you eat? Drink? If you can not drink you will dehydrate. May be gastritis with or without H pylori a bacteria or may be gallbladder or may be early/partial obstruction. In older individual may be cardiac though burping is usually not seen with cardiac, rarely could be clot in lung though the presentation is unusual. . Would f/u with doc ER today

I have a spider bite about 10 days old. 24hours after the bite I was suffering with vomiting and diarrhoea. This past in about a day or more. 7 days after the originally bite a started struggling with nausea and fever. Hot and cold sweats.
