My doctor says i have a fybroid in my uterus, it is 1,9cm by 2,2cm. i do not have any children. will i ever be able to have a successful pregnancy?

Depends: What you describe is not unusual and is compatible with a normal pregnancy. Size, number and location of fibroids can be a problem for some but yours is not that large. I would not stress over this issue unless you have difficulty getting pregnant.
