I don't feel sleepiness after lunch no matter how much i eat (only a mild drowsiness if i eat too much). is it cause for concern?. i'm 41 years old.

No need for worries: Sometimes people get drowsy after eating as they start to metabolize their meal. Being drowsy is a sign that someone has eaten so much, that their gut needs extra bloodflow to help with metabolism. However, it can be normal to not feel tired if one does not overeat.
