Armpits,groin rash: Itchy rash In these regions is commonly caused by friction and moisture, but associated yeast or fungal infection may be present. Avoid very tight fitting clothing and jeans, wear white cotton underwear, apply an antiyeast,antifungal cream containing a cortisone type medication like mycolog. See a dermatologist as needed.
