See your GP: you shouldn't wait to see your ob/gyn doctor for your current problem, meanwhile salt water gargles and acetaminophen (Panadol) should be fine and safe with pregnancy, unless contraindicated for you in particular, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby
