Needs to be checked: We do not have enough information,as to what you mean by bladder full.And if there is frequency of urination,and any burning or pain.I suggest since it is a concern about scanty urine.Consult your doctor and get checked including urine analysis and culture.You may have a urinary tract infection and/or a bladder stone.

I have a constant feeling of needing to pee. It almost hurts, and when I do go i only go a little and the sense of urgency does not change. It is constant and very uncomfortable. It does not hurt when i go, but it feels like my bladder is still full.
