Skin biopsy, CXR: Much testing may be required to find the answer to this symptom. If blood work is normal, I recommend a skin biopsy and a chest x ray as the next steps. I also feel that evaluation at the nearest medical center by a medical (as opposed to cometic) dermatologist is in order, if possible. With diligence and a caring MD the cause is likely to be found.
