ConsultMD&FollowUp: Cleanse the wound with soap and water and dress it.Most pig Bite wounds are more likely to get infected&you may need prophylactic antibiotics as there have been case reports of seven human cases of hemolytic streptococcal,Bacterioids,and Pasteurella.Recommended Broad Spectrum Antibiotics &follow up as well by your doctor.Also if not up to date need tetanus booster.So consult MD and follow up
