It is not clear what your concern is. A tiny wound is not a cause for concern. If you are concerned about rabies, you need to check with your local health department about the prevalence of rabies in your area. If you still have the cat you may watch and wait and if the cat is alive and well in ten days, rabies would not be a risk. You may choose to get yourself and the cat vaccinated for rabies.
