What is the lifespan of hand warts that they will go away ? have many, tried everything you can imagine but they are increasing. im otherwise healthy.

Varies: They will go away eventually. No way to predict how long. "Everything you can imagine" is NOT a recounting of anything used so far. I am quite sure I could easily list 5 wart treatments you have not yet imagined. If you really want to get serious, effective treatment for warts see a dermatologist.
