Methamphetamine: How long methamphetamines can be detected depends on the amount and length of time you have been using it prior to testing. It usually takes 2 to 10 days for meth to be flushed from your body. Meth may be seen in urine for 3 to 5 days and in saliva for up to three days. Don't count of hydrogen peroxide to prevent detection.
