My knee has some sort of injury, weird feeling and pain when standing on it. but now my quad has been twitching for about a week. it twitches only when the muscle is relaxed and is on the inner left quad right above my knee injury. it's so annoying?

Injury or neurologic: Can’t say for sure but sometimes when there’s no irritation to the nerve of a muscle it can twitch.Is possible the same process began with the knee and I’ll be all part of the same thing from the knee to the quad. It would be wise to get an evaluation by your physician and possibly see either a neurology or Rheumatology specialist
