Can a small visible varicose vein (blue snake) disappear on its own after a while, or is it permanently going to be visible?

Varicosities: Usually if it is a true varicose vein it will remain there until treated. The vein has been stretched out and is now saggy.

Leg Veins: Once a varicose vein appears it will not disappear on its own. See a vein specialist for an evaluation. If you have only one vein then this can be treated locally by sclerotherapy or removal through a tiny incision. A vein specialist could determine if any further evaluation is indicated.
