Can't be exact about: The cause of headaches because there are several major types, e.g., vascular, sinus, muscular, tension, etc. Please see you doc so he/she can examine you and give you the proper treatment for the type of headache you have. There are also headache clinics at hospitals. See nutritionist to be tested for food sensitivity. Peace and good health.

See neurologist: Depending on how often this occurs, you may benefit from taking a prophylactic medication to reduce migraine. Your is serious enough to warrant a neurologic evaluation.
