What kind of lesion?: You need to ask the doctor who did the endoscopy to find out if what was the lesion (if I understood your question correctly) found on your stomach or esophagus. If you have vomiting along with the coughing, consider whooping cough as a potential cause. These issues need be clarified before we can assist you.
