Is it I'n gut: Do you have infections i'n gut - Metronidazole is usually given for gut infections if so the gut have overgrowth of bad bacteria could be c. Diff or e. Coli. So you need good yeast first given as serrapeptidase medically available as florestor. Once you do this treatment for 2-3 weeks then use kefir or buttermilk daily orally to have good bacteria i'n tummy. Take garlic supplements daily.
