Delayed menses: If your cycles are 28-34 days apart, and you are having unprotected intercourse, obtain a serum HCG test for pregnancy. If negative, see your GYN provider for an exam and advice. Some causes are age dependent , and you have not provided your age, which prevents a more specific answer.
