23 wks pregnant: Medications described (suprax and sertraline) are usually safe at 23 weeks of pregnancy, but there is literature suggesting that sertraline should be discontinued in pregnancy. Urine with "epithelial cells and nne + bacteria" should be cultured to make sure the antibiotic prescribed is appropriate for treatment.
