Neg preg test: Store bought pregnancy tests when only "7 days late" , although 21 days after possible conception in a "normal menstrual cycle", are not reliably accurate. The hormones of pregnancy can cause the "nausea and cramps" fairly early in pregnancy. To be certain, obtain a serum HCG test from your healthcare provider.
