4.6 mg: 1000 mcg= 1 mg so 400 mcg is 0.4 mg. So the difference is 4.6 mg. Basically it would take 12.5 400 mcg tablets of something to equal a single 5 mg tablet so it is a pretty large difference. (when I signed up for this they told be there would be no math ;) )
