Vagal reaction: I would wonder 'what' you were doing on your back that could have triggered this off? Stimulation of the vagus nerve from a 'gas pain' could account for these symptoms since it could affect the autonomic nervous system (goose bumps) and bring in sensations of chest pain - since it is a long winding nerve and could bring in nerve signals from that region. Hopefully these symptoms were transient.

Has it gone away: May be muscle spasm if postural like this and goes away with stretching. If not settling needs a doctor review as may be muscular, may be heart or lung related (less likely at 17) or a number of other causes. Recommend see your doctor for an examination and check and urgently if breathing troubles.
