First Step: is to determine the cause if they can. It could be as simple as an ear infection which would clear up with antibiotics. There are also other medications that may help depending on the underlying factors. See either a GP or an specialist in Ears Nose & Throat for evaluation and treatment.

Recommend: evaluation by your family doctor to determine cause. Sometimes ENT referral is indicated.

GP assessment: Need to determine the cause of your vertigo and then we can work out the best intervention/treatment for it. - variety of possibilities - ear, brain, medical disease, medication effect This will need a physical examination. Good place to start would be your GP and if remains unclear can then refer you on to ENT or general medicine or neurology specialists to help sort you out. All the best
