GP assessment: Need to determine the cause of your vertigo and then we can work out the best intervention/treatment for it. - variety of possibilities - ear, brain, medical disease, medication effect This will need a physical examination. Good place to start would be your GP and if remains unclear can then refer you on to ENT or general medicine or neurology specialists to help sort you out. All the best
