I have an absess on my tooth, is there a way i can get the antibiotics before i go to the dentist to sort my tooth out?

Antibiotics: If you are a patient of record, some dentists will prescribe antibiotics before they see you. However, sometimes in doing so you complicate the ability to determine the cause of an infection, which can be problematic. It would be better just to see your dentist asap.

May not be necessary: If there is no swelling or fever an antibiotic might be contraindicated. Removal of the infection with endodontic therapy or removal of the tooth will also avoid the need for antibiotics.
