Diarrhea: This could be something as simple as viral gastroenteritis. Hopefully it resolves quickly. Usually the fetus is fine. However, it you develop high fever, severe abdominal pain, bloody diarrhea or are unable to keep up with fluid losses - than medical eval would be prudent. Take care
