Not sure: May be some sort of neck dysfunction but also could be some form of exertional headache (a particular type of migraine/headache disorder). Best to get a GP examination as this will help determine what is most likely and if unclear will be able to refer you for tests/specialist assessment

TMJ Clicking: Most common symptom of TMD; occurs when disc ligament is stretched or torn causing the disc to move farther then it did in the past.
