Can i fly with diagnosed fluid behind the eardrum?

Flying with fluid : You are better off getting tubes placed in the ear drum. With fluid in the middle ear you have a greater chance of having a spontaneous rupture of the tympanic membrane with all the pressure changes. See your ent before you fly.

Yes, but: Depending on the amount of fluid, flying may be painful and/or cause nausea and dizziness. You cannot fly if you are the pilot.
