13 weeks.: For this 25 yo female at 13 weeks gestation with fetal head down. The fetus will continue to move and rotate inside the uterine cavity which is also very crucial in the development of the muskuloskeletal system. The position and presentation gets steady from 36 to 37 weeks gestation in preparation for onset of labor. Thus there is nothing to worry about now. Good luck.
