Posterior Position: Pl see attached for further info. Dont worry, most babies change position before Delivery. Try to tilt your pelvis forward, rather than back, when you're sitting. Check that your knees are always lower than your hips. This is called optimal fetal positioning (OFP) and it encourages your baby into an anterior position. It changes your posture, particularly when u are sitting down. Good Luck:).
